value range of timber stables

Due to demand we have listened to existing customers and developed a second range of stables and field shelters.

Whilst the original design and style has been and still is very successful and offers excellent value for money it has become apparent that there is a demand for a range of stables/field shelters which are more affordable. Whilst we have not compromised on build quality or the use of quality materials, we have achieved this by using a slightly smaller dimension of timber frame, lining and cladding.

The new range is therefore lighter in weight and more manoeuvrable in a mobile form. The cladding can be in a vertical or horizontal form, the horizontal being of a shiplap board type.

This range has developed through our experience with horses and also with existing customer needs.

  • All framework is 3 x 2.
  • A 3ft oversail is provided.
  • 9mm exterior grade plywood kickboards to 4ft as standard.
  • Cladding is 150 x 19mm vertical or horizontally lapped boards.
  • Optional sliding ventilator window with Georgian wired glass window.
  • Roof is Onduline, Translucents are optional.
  • Black U.P.V.C gutters and downpipes to ground level on both sides are standard.
  • Door dimensions are to customer requirements and are fit with brenton bolts, 16” hinges, kickover latches and cabin hooks as standard. All door metalwork is galvanized. Doors are also treated with a golden brown spirit based wood preserver. A chewstrip on the bottom door is standard.
  • Mobile field shelters are fitted with a 2” box steel sledge all the way around for maximum strength.

(All prices are subject to V.A.T at the standard rate).
