Field shelters

Built to your exact requirements in long lasting tanalized timber and with quality fittings

Here at Bespoke Timber Construction we understand the strains and stresses that buildings of this type are subjected to. Knowing this, we make our buildings exceptionally strong to cope with the rigours of use, not only by the occupant but also by age and the elements.

What makes our field shelters special

All the wood used in our Field Shelters is Tanalized, this means that there is no need for aftermarket treatments. Another benefit of this feature is little or no maintenance is required in the preservation of our buildings.

Standard material specification for a field shelter of this type would include:

  • Field Shelters available as either mobile or static, mobile mounted on treated 2” x 2” steel box section
  • Tanalized 4” x 2”  interior framework
  • Exterior grade half inch plywood kickboards lined to 4ft
  • Gutters along front and rear complete with down pipes (4 inch)
  • A range of roof material options
  • Tanalized double vertical overlap 6” x 1” cladding (horizontal cladding available)
